Davantis offers powerful, standalone video analytics systems which provide intelligent detection. The advanced algorithms provide for far more accuracy than many edge based analytics products of which many operate basic video motion detection with single line crossing. The Davantis system is designed to detect people and vehicles while ignoring unwanted movement in the scene. The Davantis system will place a graphical box around the person/vehicle which has caused the alarm and send an alert to the monitoring station or guard with the attached video footage. This system improves the accuracy of detection, allowing them to be clearly marked, as well as improving efficiency and effectiveness by reducing false alarms.
The Davantis Range by Bi3 is Primary I-LIDS approved (CPNI High Level 3). This means that the Davantis sytems have received the highest possible accreditation from the UK Government Home Office Scientific Department Branch (HOSDB, now run by CPNI). Bi3 video analytics alarms can be viewed remotely via dedicated software and is integrated into all leading CMS and VMS systems (as part of a BS8418 remotely monitored system if required), or locally on site, and the alarm is sent with clear footage of the activation itself. This system is also a Secured by Design product (Davantis systems are the only Video Analytics products to have this) which has the Police Preferred Specification. The Davantis systems are supplied, built, and supported from the UK.
The unit is server based and available as 2 through to 12 channels. However, the number of units linked together is unlimited and these operate as a master/slave configuration resulting in one seamless system. The system is fully hybrid and will accept an extensive range of analogue, TVI, CVI, AHD, IP megapixel cameras or thermal cameras. The Davantis systems are fully configurable with unlimited rules per camera, user definable zones and rules linked to time schedules. The system can be set up to send alerts and push notifications to a smart device or using email functionality.
